Xiao-Bang Xu received his bachelor degree from the Department of Radio Electronics of Tsinghua University in 1968, and his doctoral degree from the Electrical Engineering Department of the University of Mississippi in 1985. He is a Professor Emeritus of the Holcombe Department of Electrical Engineering of Clemson University.Prof. Xu's research interests are in applied electromagnetic theory and numerical methods. His work has been published at international conferences and high-ranked professional journals such as IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery, IEEE Transactions on Magnetics, and IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters. He has been the journal editor and reviewer board member for Journal of Electromagnetic Waves and Applications. He has served as reviewers for various leading journals.
